The room had a writing table, a radiator, and a carpet. The bed was very comfy.- The hotel is in a nice surrounding area.- It is in a perfect location, close to the neighbouring country club, the tram into Piccadilly, and the local Wetherspoons pub.

My stay was very good at £ 45 for the night. Got reasonably well appointed and nicely furnished room with bathroom as expected, liked it. The location was excellent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from St James' Church. There were the main shopping centre and shopping centres around the hotel.
